Create Teams & Student Groups

Assign staff members to multiple teams. One or more team members can be assigned as team leads. Build groups of students assigned to a specific team. Partners outside your organization can also be assigned to teams.

Build & Distribute a Meeting Agenda

Build a meeting agenda, and assign talking points to different team members. Agenda topics can have specific labels indicating how the topic will be covered, such as ‘discussion’ or ‘presentation’. A notification can be sent to all team members when the agenda is posted for the meeting.

Meeting Notifications

Never forget another meeting. Our meeting notification system syncs with your calendar so that any updates or changes to a meeting time or location will stay current in your daily calendar.

Meeting Notes & Minutes

Take notes for meetings using the built-in text editor. Meeting minutes and notes are accessible to all team members but editable only to assigned team members in the meeting. Assign a designated team member for note-taking. Task assignments from agenda items can be assigned to different team members.

Capture Student Discussion Notes

Discussion notes about students in your group can be recorded. Team members can add additional comments and concerns. Track where the student needs additional help or where they have made progress.

Create Goals

Create goals and track their completion progress. These can be district level, school level or team level goals. Team goals can be tied to district or school level goals. Assign tasks related to a goal, set a target date and track the completion status.

Set Team Norms

Build a list of team norms specific to each team. Team members will have access to view them at any time. Any member of the team can add a team norm, or edit existing ones.

Team Leads & Admins

Certain permissions and access levels can be assigned to users by making them team leads or administrators. This additional level of access allows users to manage teams, meetings, goals and more.

Data Import

Staff and student data can be imported using simple CSV files from all the major Student Management Systems. If you’re using Enriching Students as well, you can integrate the data from ES directly into ET for the full experience.
